Boiler trouble closes Gary school for 2 days

GARY, Ind. (WLS) -- Dozens of students in Gary, Ind., have the rest of the week off from school.

Dunbar Pulaski Academic and Career Academy was closed Thursday and will stay closed Friday while crews repair the school's boiler. It's unknown what the problem was in the first place.

Classes will resume on Monday.

School officials say students will make up the missed days next month.
