Gov. Quinn signs child support ATM fee bill

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Governor Quinn has signed a bill to help families that ATM fees for those trying to access child support payments.

"Eppicards" are given to families that don't use banking services. The card lets them get the money for their kids at cash stations.

The law will let parents access child support payments conveniently without having to pay extra fees. It will go into effect in summer 2015.
