North Park University celebrates new Johnson Center

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There was a big honor for ABC's Dr. Tim Johnson and his wife.

North Park University on Chicago's North Side celebrated the opening of the Nancy and G. Timothy Johnson Center for Science and Community Life on Friday.

His old friend, retired ABC News Anchor Charlie Gibson, was on hand.

Dr. Johnson and his wife both attended North Park.
