Elderly woman with dementia missing from Ashburn

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Maria Nevares, 79, has dementia and is missing from Chicago's Ashburn neighborhood. She was last seen in the area of Ridgeway Avenue and 78th Place at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. She also only speaks Spanish.

Nevares is described as a light complexioned Hispanic woman, 5 feet tall and 100 lbs., with brown eyes and grey hair. She was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt with a zip front, a blue blouse with printed tan and bright pink flowers, dark pants and black flats.
