CHICAGO (WLS) -- The first lawsuit has been filed after dozens were hurt when a Megabus crashed onto its side. The bus crashed December 20 on I-65 just south of Indianapolis when the driver lost control.

The plaintiff in the lawsuit was on the bus on her way home to Georgia. She claims the bus was traveling too fast for the slippery road conditions.

The double-decker bus was carrying about 70 people. More than two dozen injures were reported, though most were minor injuries, officials said.
