Boy, 15, shot in the head in Altgeld Gardens

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 15-year-old boy was shot in the head on Chicago's Far South Side.

Police said the boy was shot during a fight around 8 p.m. Tuesday near East 133rd Street and South Langley Avenue in the city's Altgeld Gardens neighborhood.

The teen was taken to Comer Children's Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

Police do not have anyone in custody.
